Ephesians 2:4-5 NKJV
[4] But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, [5] even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),
We are children of God and the body of Christ Jesus our Lord.
Our Lord reigns! Yes, He reigns with power and authority.
Ephesians 1:19-23 CEV
[19] I want you to know about the great and mighty power that God has for us followers. It is the same wonderful power he used [20] when he raised Christ from death and let him sit at his right side in heaven. [21] There Christ rules over all forces, authorities, powers, and rulers. He rules over all beings in this world and will rule in the future world as well. [22] God has put all things under the power of Christ, and for the good of the church he has made him the head of everything. [23] The church is the body of Christ and is filled with Christ who completely fills everything.
Every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord and every knee shall bow in reverence to His Holy name -the name above all name. Amen.
By His immense grace, our Lord Jesus has lifted us up to the heavenly realm to see the unseen and receive spiritual insights through the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 2:6 NKJV
[6] and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
We as born-again believer in Christ, we should desire spiritual gifts – the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
I Corinthians 12:31 NKJV
[31] But earnestly desire the best gifts…
I Corinthians 12:1-11 NKJV
[1] Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: [2] You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. [3] Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. [4] There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. [5] There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. [6] And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. [7] But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: [8] for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, [9] to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, [10] to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. [11] But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
There is no unemployment issue in the heavenly kingdom but only a shortage of laborers.
I Corinthians 12:27-28 NKJV
[27] Now you are the body of Christ, and members individually. [28] And God has appointed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, administrations, varieties of tongues.
what is our Lord expecting us to do ?
Acts 1:8 NKJV
[8] But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Witnessing Christ, sharing our personnel testimony -how we, undeserving, by grace, enjoy this blessed life in Christ. Amen.
James 4:6 CEV
[6] In fact, God treats us with even greater kindness, just as the Scriptures say, “God opposes everyone who is proud, but he blesses all who are humble with undeserved grace.”
Acts 26:17-18 CEV
[17] The Lord also said, “I will protect you from the Jews and from the Gentiles that I am sending you to. [18] I want you to open their eyes, so they will turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. Then their sins will be forgiven, and by faith in me they will become part of God’s holy people.”
We should do our part as ministers of God called by His Grace to preach the gospel and equip the church for His purposes.
Throughout the book of Acts of the apostles we see The Holy Spirit of God working shoulder to shoulder in the mission -in everything the disciples do for the Lord Jesus – guiding them, helping them, strengthening them and working mightily in and through them.
Before all that could happen, in order for us to see those great works of the Holy Spirit in our lives and ministries, we should first examine what we bring to the table.
Acts 6:3 NKJV
[3] Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.
Almost the entire book of James contained in these two sentences of Acts6:3
If only to serve the table the qualification requirements are of this high, how about serving the Lord Jesus!?
we are to keep ourselves blameless, we should not be a hindrance with our own lives, preventing God from reaching our family, friends and colleagues or society.
Ephesians 5:1-3, 5-6 NKJV
[1] Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. [2] And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma. [3] But fornication and all uncleanness or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for saints;
[5] For this you know, that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. [6] Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.
Ephesians 4:30-32 NKJV
[30] And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. [31] Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. [32] And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Having known our calling, our election. Let’s be aware of our authority.
Our Lord Jesus Christ has given us His authority and license to use His name for the task he has assigned us individually.
Luke 10:19 CEV
[19] I have given you the power to trample on snakes and scorpions and to defeat the power of your enemy Satan. Nothing can harm you.
James 4:7 CEV
Surrender to God! Resist the devil, and he will run from you.
We should live a complete surrendered lives to God to resist and gain victory over satan.

From now on The Holy Spirit moves us forward into the spiritual battle.
Take the battle to the enemies doorstep and defeat him in Jesus’ name.
Ephesians 6:11 CEV
[11] Put on all the armor that God gives, so you can defend yourself against the devil’s tricks. [12] We are not fighting against humans. We are fighting against forces and authorities and against rulers of darkness and powers in the spiritual world. [13] So put on all the armor that God gives. Then when that evil day comes, you will be able to defend yourself. And when the battle is over, you will still be standing firm. {10 ]Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
Ephesians 6:15-17 CEV
[15] Your desire to tell the good news about peace should be like shoes on your feet. [16] Let your faith be like a shield, and you will be able to stop all the flaming arrows of the evil one. [17] Let God’s saving power be like a helmet, and for a sword use God’s message that comes from the Spirit.
We have to defend ourselves and defeat the power of our enemy satan.
II Corinthians 10:4-6 NKJV
[4] For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, [5] casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, [6] and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
We should use this God-given authority to stop the accuser of the brethren.
We have to take possession of the spiritual realm, if we do so ,we shall see great deliverence being manifested in natural realm.
We will see demons losing hold on sorcerers and thus his captives being set free.
We will witness righteous judgements getting delivered and the poor, the oppressed getting justice.
We will witness the wicked being punished by the law of the land.
We will witness the children of God living in peace and harmony and the word of God spreading faster and people being saved and added to the church of God.
Yes we are going to move mountains,we are going to resist the devil .
We are going to prepare the way of the Lord .
Ephesians 6:18 CEV
[18] Never stop praying, especially for others. Always pray by the power of the Spirit. Stay alert and keep praying for God’s people.
Here comes a move , winds of favor from heaven above, God the Father has stretched forth His hand to bless His children.
Here comes a refreshing touch of the Holy Spirit.
The Lord Holy Spirit is moving, we the church should catch up with Him. Amen and Amen.
Romans 16:20 NKJV
[20] And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
